Do you feel like you are holding it together on the outside, but quietly burning out on the inside?

HI, I'M ANGELA.

HI, I'M ANGELA.

HI, I'M ANGELA.

In 2022, I considered giving up.  I was stuck in a cycle of personal performance expectations, juggling a million tasks as an entrepreneur, wife, mother, and so many other roles.  I was constantly going and constantly out of alignment; in fact, I didn't really even grasp the concept of what that even meant at the time. I was a person of high function and high achievement, with little understanding of how to cope, manage stress, and listen to my intuition.  I lacked the exposure and the teaching of these skill sets in my life, and as a result, never learned or applied them.

Since I was 15 years old, alcohol and various substances were my go-to when I wanted or needed to "turn off".  Over the years, I managed to create my own cheat code to balance it all into adulthood, until one day, it no longer worked.  I woke up to the reality of my life. I started to feel the effects that my lifestyle had created on my body, my mind, and my soul.  I wanted to change, heal, and grow, but I didn't know how to do it, and make it stick.  I felt trapped.

I didn't feel like I fit the stereotype that the world had created for the people who lived with these issues.  Seeking traditional forms of treatment of any kind was not a consideration of mine.  I wanted to do it authentically and embrace my sobriety and healing as a joint venture, and be in alignment for the rest of my life.  I made that my reality in 2023.  I found that my mindset, habits, and intuition became my most valuable assets, and I used them to leverage success in all areas of my life.

I made many changes in my life by taking one small, consistent, actionable step towards the life that felt authentic to me, daily.

We all have a story, and each of us has an opportunity to redirect at any time; the rest of your story is still unwritten.  One thing is certain: there is no one coming to save you; this is something you must do on your own,  but having support along your path can make a world of difference.  Coaching can help you make the most impactful changes you need to make faster and with more ease.

I am a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach, I specialize in the sobriety space for high-functioning individuals.  My coaching style is compassion-forward and includes mindset, habit, and intuitive skills development.  I am currently training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) for coaches.
